Friday May 30 Katie and I took a big step in our relationship and purchased our very own place. Its a small place only about 750 Sq, 1 bed room nothing over the top. Its in a very nice community close to everything and of course its not the Bronx so Katie is happy. So we spent 2 hours and signed our life away to the pencil pushers at our mortgage company. I think I have carpal tunnel from all the signing I had to do. Its crazy why can't they just have one form thats really long and bam sign at the end initial every page done. No instead we had to sign 50 different form in tripplicate. What a pain. SO after the ordeal Katie and I took a trip over to the place and here are some pictures of our small quaint place.
